CONCRETE WALL CUTTING DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete wall cutting device which can cut simultaneously in parallel in vertical and horizontal directions a concrete wall being continuous over a considerable length in the extending direction using a wire saw to efficiently dismantle the concrete wall.SOLUTION: A concrete wall cutting device used when an existing concrete wall balustrade 50 installed continuously in the extending direction is cut for each predetermined length using wire saws 21 and 31 to be dismantled and removed, is provided with a horizontal rotation drive mechanism 20 and a vertical rotation drive mechanism 30 so that the wire saw 21 for horizontal cutting and the wire saw 31 for vertical cutting can be rotationally driven at the same time to cut the existing wall balustrade 50 in parallel in the horizontal direction L and the vertical direction H. The horizontal rotation drive mechanism 20 and the vertical rotation drive mechanism 30 are respectively provided with a horizontal drive pulley 22 or a vertical drive pulley 32 which can be rotated by a driving part 40 about a rotary drive shaft 41 arranged in a width direction W perpendicular or substantially perpendicular to the wall balustrade 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】延設方向に相当の長さに亘って連続するコンクリート壁を、ワイヤソーを用いて縦横に並行して同時に切断すること可能にして、効率良く解体できるコンクリート壁切断装置を提供すること。【解決手段】延設方向に連続して設置されている既設のコンクリート製の壁高欄50を、ワイヤソー21,31を用いて所定の長さ毎に切断して解体撤去する際に用いる切断装置であって、横方向回転駆動機構20及び縦方向回転駆動機構30を備えることで、横方向切断用ワイヤソー21と縦方向切断用ワイヤソー31とを同時に回転駆動させて、既設の壁高欄50を、横方向L及び縦方向Hに並行して切断できるようになっている。横方向回転駆動機構20及び縦方向回転駆動機構30は、駆動部40によって壁高欄50と垂直又は略垂直な幅方向Wに配置された回転駆動軸41を中心に回転可能な横方向駆動プーリ22又は縦方向駆動プーリ32を各々備えている。【選択図】図1
