DIELECTRIC COMPOSITION, DIELECTRIC CERAMIC AND CAPACITOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric composition which has a desired dielectric constant, has good temperature characteristics of an electrostatic capacitance, is excellent in voltage resistance to a high AC voltage, prevents breaking of a base even when high temperature load is applied to the dielectric composition, has little change in the electrostatic capacitance, and has high reliability.SOLUTION: A dielectric composition contains titanium calcium silicate and calcium titanate. When a content of the titanium calcium silicate is represented by a mol%, a content of the calcium titanate is represented by b mol%, and a content of a compound containing manganese is represented by c mol%, relationships of 23.4≤a≤75.0, 21.0≤b≤76.4, c≥0.21 and a+b+c=100 are held. When a content of the titanium calcium silicate is represented by d mol%, a content of the calcium titanate is represented by e mol%, and a content of a compound containing vanadium is represented by f mol%, relationships of 23.0≤d≤61.7, 37.9≤e≤76.8, f≥0.16 and d+e+f=100 are held.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】所望の比誘電率を有し、静電容量の温度特性が良好であり、さらに、高い交流電圧に対する耐圧性に優れ、なおかつ高温負荷をかけても素地がブレイクせず静電容量の変化が小さい高信頼性の誘電体組成物等を提供する。【解決手段】チタンケイ酸カルシウムおよびチタン酸カルシウムを含む誘電体組成物である。チタンケイ酸カルシウムの含有量をaモル%、チタン酸カルシウムの含有量をbモル%、マンガンを含む化合物の含有量をcモル%とする場合に、23.4≦a≦75.0、21.0≦b≦76.4、c≧0.21、a+b+c=100である。または、チタンケイ酸カルシウムの含有量をdモル%、チタン酸カルシウムの含有量をeモル%、バナジウムを含む化合物の含有量をfモル%とする場合に、23.0≦d≦61.7、37.9≦e≦76.8、f≧0.16、d+e+f=100である。【選択図】 なし
