PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dial-type padlock having a plurality of semi-finished products manufactured beforehand through a plurality of types of assembly steps, and a number combination setting made immediately before shipment.SOLUTION: A dial-type padlock includes: a pipe member provided in a body to be slidable in an axial line direction but not rotatable, and having a plurality of protrusions formed on an outer periphery; a bolt member having an end inserted into the pipe member; and a plurality of dial rings 4 held so as to have a part of an outer periphery exposed from the body, the dial rings being inserted and fitted in the pipe member. Each dial ring 4 is divided into concentric outer ring 41 and inner ring 45, the inner ring being fitted inside the outer ring 41. A cutout groove 48 is formed on an inner periphery of the inner ring 45, on which the protrusion of the pipe member may pass. After setting an angle between a number on the outer periphery of the outer ring 41 and the cutout groove 48 on the inner periphery of the inner ring 45, an adhesive is dropped in a gap between an inner periphery of the outer ring 41 and an outer periphery of the inner ring 45 for fixing and integration.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】多種多量の組立工程を経た多量の半製品を予め作り置きし、番号設定を出荷直前に行うダイヤル式南京錠を提供する。【解決手段】本体内に軸線方向に摺動可能で回動不可に設けられ、外周に複数の突起が形成されたパイプ部材と、このパイプ部材に一端部が挿通されたかんぬき部材、本体より外周の一部が露出するように保持されるとともに、パイプ部材に嵌挿された複数個のダイヤル輪４とを備えたダイヤル式南京錠において、各ダイヤル輪４は、同心状に外側輪４１と外側輪４１に嵌め込まれる内側輪４５とに分割され、内側輪４５の内周にはパイプ部材の突起が通過可能な切欠溝４８が形成され、外側輪４１の外周の数字と内側輪４５の内周の切欠溝４８との角度を設定したのち、外側輪４１の内周と内側輪４５の外周との隙間に接着剤を垂らして固定し、一体化した。【選択図】図１
