PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound-absorbing board of light-weight having sound-absorbing performance.SOLUTION: The sound-absorbing board having one face and the other face opposite to the one face, includes: a core material which has plural openings in one face and the other face; a first surface material which is fixed to the one face; and a second surface material which is s fixed to the other face.
