REPAIR METHOD FOR REPAIRING PORTION CORRODED WITH RED RUST AND REPAIR KIT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair method for rustproofing and waterproofing a portion of a pole corroded with red rust generated in a boundary with a ground surface without requiring surface preparation.SOLUTION: A repair method includes: a step (S101) of scraping a ground surface around an iron pole; a first application step (S102) of applying a coating material including a rust converter for converting red rust to black rust to a portion corroded with red rust; a step (S103) of sticking an uncured belt-like first fiber-reinforced resin sheet to the corroded portion in the circumferential direction after the coating material including the rust converter is dried and curing the first fiber-reinforced resin sheet; a step (S104) of filling back the scraped ground surface after the first fiber-reinforced resin sheet is cured; and a second application step (S108) of applying a waterproof coating material to the ground surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】地表面との境界に発生したポールの赤錆びによる腐食部を、ケレン処理を不要とするとともに防錆処理及び防水処理を施す補修方法を提供する。【解決手段】 補修方法は、鉄製のポールの周辺の地表面を削る工程（Ｓ１０１）と、赤錆びによる腐食部に赤錆びから黒錆びに転換する錆び転換剤入り塗料を塗布す第１塗布工程（Ｓ１０２）と、錆び転換剤入り塗料が乾燥した後に腐食部に未硬化の帯状の第１繊維強化樹脂シートを周方向に貼り付け、その第１繊維強化樹脂シートを硬化させる工程（Ｓ１０３）と、第１繊維強化樹脂シートを硬化させた後、削った地表面を埋め戻す工程（Ｓ１０４）と、地表面に防水性の塗料を塗布する第２塗布工程（Ｓ１０８）と、を備える。【選択図】 図２
