FITTING STRUCTURE FOR ANTI-CORROSION METALLIC PROTECTION COVER OF SHEATHED ANTI-CORROSION STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure for an anti-corrosion metallic protection cover of a sheathed anti-corrosion structure that maintains anti-corrosion performance over a long period.SOLUTION: An anti-corrosion metallic protection cover 3 includes: an overlapped part 4 having edge parts of the anti-corrosion metallic protection covers overlapped on each other; a steel strip 5 welded and fixed on a steel material surface for fitting a metallic stud bolt 6; and a metallic stud bolt penetration hole 7 formed at the overlapped part of the anti-corrosion metallic protection cover 3. The metallic stud bolt 6 pierces through the anti-corrosion layer, the resin cushioning layer and the anti-corrosion metallic protection cover, and pierces through an insertion hole formed respectively on an insulation collar 8 and an insulation ring 9 that are provided on both sides of the overlapped part 4 of the anti-corrosion metallic protection cover 3, and protrudes from the insertion hole of the insulation ring 9. Then, a fastening nut 10 is screwed into the metallic stud bolt 6, and the anti-corrosion metallic protection is fixed to cover the surface of the steel material by tightening the tightening nut 10, with the overlapped part 4 of the anti-corrosion metallic protection cover 3 tucked between the insulation collar 8 and the insulation ring 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】防食性能が長期にわたって持続する被覆防食構造体の耐食金属製保護カバー取付構造を提供する。【解決手段】耐食金属製保護カバー3は、その端部同士が重ね合わせられた重ね合わせ部4を形成しており、鋼材表面には、金属製スタッドボルト6を取り付けるための帯鋼5が溶接固定され、耐食金属製保護カバー3の重ね合わせ部には、金属製スタッドボルト貫通孔7が設けられ、金属製スタッドボルト6は、前記防食層、樹脂緩衝層および耐食金属製保護カバーを貫通して、耐食金属製保護カバー3の重ね合わせ部4を挟んで配置された絶縁カラー8および絶縁リング9のそれぞれに設けられた挿通孔を貫通し、絶縁リング9の挿通孔から延出する金属製スタッドボルト6には締付ナット10を螺着し、締付ナット10の締め付けにより、絶縁カラー8と絶縁リング9との間に、耐食金属製保護カバー3の重ね合わせ部4を挟み込んだ状態で、前記鋼材の表面に被覆固定する。【選択図】図3
