PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve reliability relating a spacer compared to the prior arts.SOLUTION: A light control film 10 includes a liquid crystal layer 14 held between first and second laminates 13, 12 comprising at least alignment layers 23A, 23B, respectively, in which alignment of liquid crystal molecules 14A relating to the liquid crystal layer 14 is controlled by driving electrodes 22B, 22A disposed on the first and/or second laminates 13, 12. The first laminate 13 includes a spacer 24 for holding a thickness of the liquid crystal layer 14 on a substrate 21B made of a transparent film material. In the first and second laminates 13, 12, a Vickers hardness Xs of the spacer 24 is 16.9 or more and 40.2 or less; and a Vickers hardness Xf of a portion of the second laminate 12 where the tip of the spacer 24 contacts is 11.8 or more and 35.9 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
