CURING SYSTEM FOR MATERIAL CONSUMING CARBON DIOXIDE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curing system that is useful for curing a material consuming COas a reagent.SOLUTION: The curing system is provided that comprises a curing chamber containing a material to be cured and a gas containing CO. The system further comprises apparatuses that deliver COto displace ambient air upon loading the system, provide COas it is needed and as it is consumed, control COconcentration, temperature and humidity in the curing chamber during the curing cycle, and records and displays to a user the variables that occur during the curing process. A material consumes COas a reagent that forms a bonding element but does not consumes water as a reagent. The bonding element has a core, a first layer and a second layer being an outer layer, the first layer covers a core at least partially, the core and the first layer share one or more elements chosen from Si, Ti, Al, P, V, W, Mo, Ga, Mn, Zr, Ge, Cu, Nb, Co, etc., and the second layer is composed of a material which covers the first layer at least partially, the core and the second layer containing the one or more of the same elements as the material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
