DRILLING/AGITATION HEAD FOR INSTALLING STEEL PIPE SOIL CEMENT PILE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drilling/agitation head for installing a steel pipe soil cement pile in a hard ground that does not require other heavy machinery and curtails installation period at the same time reducing a cost because a lesser number of heavy machinery is used.SOLUTION: A drilling/agitation head 1 includes a shaft part 2 connected to a drilling rod, a lower drilling blade 3 provided at a tip of the shaft part 2, a pair of upper drilling blades 4 provided above the lower drilling blade, a plurality of co-rotation preventing blades 5 loosely fit on the shaft part 2, and a plurality of agitation blades 6. Drilling performance into a hard ground is improved when three or more of the lower drilling blades 3 are provided around a shaft of the shaft part 2, while suppressing deviation from a drilling shaft center at a time of drilling compared to a conventional two-blade drilling head. The co-rotation preventing blade 5 comprises a blade body 5a and a projection part 5b. Resistance from the ground against drilling is mitigated by making the projection part 5b thinner than the blade body 5a and using a material of higher strength than a material of the blade body 5a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】硬質地盤における鋼管ソイルセメント杭の施工において、別途、重機を必要とせず、工期短縮、重機減によるコスト縮減等が可能な掘削撹拌ヘッドを提供する。【解決手段】掘削撹拌ヘッド1は、掘削ロッドに接続される軸部2と、軸部2の先端部に設けられた下部掘削翼3と、その上方に設けられた1対の上部掘削翼4と、軸部2に遊嵌された複数枚の共回り防止翼5と、複数枚の撹拌翼6とを備える。下部掘削翼3は軸部2の軸周りに3枚以上設けることで、硬質地盤に対する掘進性能を向上させるとともに、従来一般的な2枚翼に比べ、掘削時における掘削軸心からのぶれを抑制する。共回り防止翼5は翼本体5aと張出し部5bとで構成し、張出し部5bを翼本体5aより薄くするとともに、翼本体5aの材料より高強度の材料を用いることで、地盤の掘進抵抗を軽減する。【選択図】図1
