REPAIR METHOD AND REPAIR STRUCTURE FOR BRIDGE FALLING PREVENTION DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide simple repair method and repair structure for a bridge falling prevention device.SOLUTION: An existing bridge falling prevention device includes an existing side surface plate 101A fitted on both side surfaces of a bridge girder structure 100, an existing bottom surface plate 101B provided on a bottom surface of the bridge girder structure, an existing bolt material 104 penetrating through the existing side surface plate 101A and the bridge girder structure 100, and double nut materials 102, 103 screwed at both ends of the existing bolt material 104. When repairing the bridge falling prevention device, the existing bottom surface plate 101A and the double nut materials 102, 103 are removed first. Then, a new side surface plate 1 is disposed along the existing side surface plate 101A and a new nut material 6 is screwed on both ends of the existing bolt material 104, the new side surface plate having an extension part 1A extending downward of a bottom edge of the existing side surface plate 101A. Furthermore, a new bottom surface plate 2 is disposed along a bottom surface of the bridge girder structure 100, the new bottom surface plate having an extension part 2A extending downward on both side edge parts. The extension part 1A of the new side surface plate 1 and the extension part 2A of the new bottom surface plate 2 are joined.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】簡易な落橋防止装置の補修方法及び補修構造を提供する。【解決手段】既設の落橋防止装置は、橋桁構造物100の両側面に備え付けられている既設側面板101Aと、下面に備え付けられている既設下面板101Bと、既設側面板101A及び橋桁構造物100を貫通する既設ボルト材104と、既設ボルト材104の両端部に螺合されている二重ナット材102,103とを有する。補修するにあたっては、まず、既設下面板101A及び二重ナット材102,103を撤去する。次に、既設側面板101Aの下端縁よりも下方へ延在する延在部1Aを有する新設側面板1を、既設側面板101Aに沿って配置し、新設ナット材6を既設ボルト材104の両端部に螺合する。そして、両側端部に下方へ延在する延在部2Aを有する新設下面板2を、橋桁構造物100の下面に沿って配置し、新設側面板1の延在部1Aと新設下面板2の延在部2Aとを接合する。【選択図】図1
