PARAPET STRUCTURE USING PRECAST CONCRETE MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parapet structure using precast concrete member capable of precasting a parapet while avoiding various restrictions on fitting of a main reinforcement of column member and a main reinforcement of beam member while improving construction efficiency resulting in a reduction of construction cost.SOLUTION: The parapet structure includes: a column member 10 of the top floor, in which a main reinforcement 11 of a column capital is extended to a height equal to the height of a parapet (column type part parapet 30), and a fixing plate 12 is attached to a tail part of the main reinforcement 11; a beam member 20 of the top floor, in which a fixing plate 22 is attached to a tail part of a column reinforcement 21; and a parapet of precast concrete (column type part parapet 30, beam upper part parapet 40) attached to upper part of the column member 10 and the beam member 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 柱部材の主筋と梁部材の主筋との納まりに対する種々の制約を回避して、パラペットをプレキャスト化することにより、施工効率の向上を図って施工コストを低減する。【解決手段】 柱頭の柱筋11をパラペット(柱型部パラペット30)と同等の高さまで延長するとともに、当該柱筋11のテール部に定着プレート12を取り付けた最上階の柱部材10と、主筋21のテール部に定着プレート22を取り付けた最上階の梁部材20と、柱部材10及び梁部材20の上部に取り付けたプレキャストコンクリート製のパラペット(柱型部パラペット30、梁上部パラペット40)とを備える。【選択図】図1
