PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fireproofing structure of wood column superior in fireproofing performance.SOLUTION: A wood column 10 is provided with plural plates of lightweight bubble concrete member 20 to enclose the periphery thereof, which are tightly connected thereto using joining means 30 such as wood screws or metal bolts. A decorative plate 40 may be attached to the surface of the lightweight bubble concrete member 20 using fixing means 41 such as nail or screw.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
