SPLICE PLATE REPLACEMENT METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a splice plate replacement method capable of inexpensively replacing a splice plate in a short time, without installing a timbering under common use of a bridge.SOLUTION: A replacement method of a splice plate for replacing an existing splice plate (a splice plate WP for a web) of steel girders H1 and H2 of a bridge with a new splice plate under common use of the bridge, comprises a splice plate cutting step of vertically cutting the existing splice plate in a state of being installed on the steel girders H1 and H2 and a bypass material installation step of installing a bypass material for transmitting stress to the other steel girder from one steel girder by straddling between flanges of these steel girders, and replaces with the new splice plate by removing a cut residual existing splice plate after being replaced with the new splice plate by removing a part of the existing splice plate cut in the splice plate cutting step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】橋梁の共用下で支保工を設置することなく安価に短時間で添接板の取り替えができる添接板取替工法を提供する。【解決手段】橋梁の共用下において橋梁の鋼桁H1,H2の既設添接板(ウェブ用スプライスプレートWP)を新たな添接板に取り替える添接板の取替工法において、鋼桁H1,H2に装着された状態で前記既設添接板を上下に切断する添接板切断工程と、一の鋼桁から他の鋼桁へ応力を伝達するバイパス材を、これらの鋼桁のフランジ間に跨って設置するバイパス材設置工程と、を備え、前記添接板切断工程で切断した既設添接板の一部を撤去して新たな添接板に取り替えた後、切断した残りの既設添接板を撤去して新たな添接板に取り替える。【選択図】図1
