INDOOR SLIDING DOOR STORAGE STEEL DOOR POCKET AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation-construction technique on an indoor door pocket for neatly storing a sliding door in an indoor wall of a building such as an old-age home and a condominium, a hospital or a child-care facility.SOLUTION: A rail provided with a plurality of plate-like steel bands, is inserted and installed into a door pocket body similarly provided with the plurality of bands, by leaving by a sliding door dimension. The lowest end of the door pocket body is also reliably fixed to a concrete floor by an anchor-bolt-system machine screw, and a rear part of the door pocket body is reliably fixed to a light cage by the machine screw. Preassembled right-left both-side lintel frames and inner mullions are provided by installing on the right and left of the rail by the machine screw as an assembly. A door end frame is also provided in a tip part of the right-left assemblies, and the door end frame and the lintel frame are fixed by the machine screw. After that, the door end frame is reliably fixed to the light gauge by the machine screw from an upper part of the rear rail. Lastly, the rail and the door pocket body are erected by adjusting the band provided in the uppermost part, and are precisely fixed to the light gauge by the machine screw, and are provided as a steel door pocket.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】老人ホームおよびマンション、病院あるいは保育施設等の室内の壁に、引戸をスッキリと収納させる、室内戸袋に関する据付施工技術を提供する。【解決手段】板状スチールバンドを複数個取付けた戸袋本体に、同じく該バンドを複数個設けた、レールを引戸寸法分だけ残して挿入して装着する。さらに戸袋本体の最下端を、コンクリート床にアンカーボルト系のビス類で確実に固定し、戸袋本体の後部をライトゲージにビス類で確実に固定する。また予め組付けられた左右両側の鴨居枠と中方立をレールの左右に組付体としてビス類で取付けて設ける。さらに左右の該組付体の先端部に戸先枠を設け、この戸先枠と鴨居枠をビス類で固定する。この後レールの上部より、戸先枠をライトゲージにビス類で確実に固定する。最後に、レールと戸袋本体を、最上部に設けられている該バンドを調整して起こして、ビス類でライトゲージに的確に固定して、鋼製戸袋として設ける。【選択図】図１
