ELECTROMAGNET DEVICE AND MOBILE OBJECT WITH THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnet device which has higher operation stability and a mobile object with the electromagnet device.SOLUTION: An electromagnet device 10 comprises: a bobbin 2 to which a coil 3 is wound; a fixing iron core 5 of which a position is relatively fixed to the bobbin 2; a movable iron core 1 that is arranged opposite to the fixing iron core 5; an external casing 8 that forms a magnetic pass between the movable iron core 1 and the fixing iron core 5; and an elastic body 6 that applies an elastic force in a direction separated from the fixing iron core 5 to the movable iron core 1. In the external casing 8, a permanent magnet 7 applying a magnetic force in the direction approaching the fixing iron core 5 is provided to the movable iron core 1. The movable iron core 1 moves between a first position fixed by the elastic force of the elastic body 6 and a second position fixed by the magnetic force of the permanent magnet 7 by an electromagnetic force occurred in the coil 3. The external casing 8 is thermally connected to the permanent magnet 7, and is exposed to an external part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】より動作安定性の高い電磁石装置及びそれを備えた移動体を提供する。【解決手段】電磁石装置10は、コイル3が巻き回しされるボビン2と、ボビン2に対して相対的に位置が固定される固定鉄芯5と、固定鉄芯5と対向して配置される可動鉄芯1と、可動鉄芯1と固定鉄芯5との間に磁路を形成する外函部8と、可動鉄芯1に固定鉄芯5から離れる向きに弾性力を付与する弾性体6と、を備えている。外函部8は、可動鉄芯1に固定鉄芯5へ近づく向きに磁力を付与する永久磁石7が設けられている。可動鉄芯1は、弾性体6の弾性力で固定される第1位置と、永久磁石7の磁力で固定される第2位置との間を、コイル3に生ずる電磁力により移動する。外函部8は、永久磁石7と熱的に接続され、かつ外部に露出している。【選択図】図1
