PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deal with a possibility of a damaging of a plain roof tile in a lowermost stage due to aging and deterioration of roofing soil that supports from below the plain roof tile in the lowermost stage.SOLUTION: A plurality of sill formation materials 1, 1a, ... is arranged serially on a main roof ridge substrate, the sill formation materials having a pair of pedestal bases 2, 2a mounted on pantiles C, Ca, ... on an uppermost stage, connecting plates 3, 3a, ... of the pedestal bases 2, 2a, ... mounted and fixed on a roof ridge B on the main roof ridge substrate side, and elastically deformable clearance-closing materials 5, 5a, ... fixed at a tip of the pedestal materials 2, 2a. Then, plain roof tiles D, Da, ... of the lowermost stage are mounted on the pedestal bases 2, 2a and the plain roof tiles D, Da, ... are fixed on the pedestal bases 2, 2a by driving nails or screws T, Ta into the pedestal bases 2, 2a, the nails or screws being penetrated by a nail hole formed on the plain roof tiles D, Da, ....
