VEHICLE WINDOW PANE LIFTING DEVICE AND VEHICLE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle window pane lifting device and a vehicle that are capable of improving convenience while securing safety.SOLUTION: A vehicle window pane lifting device comprises: a drive mechanism 4 for moving a window pane 3; a control unit 5 for controlling the drive mechanism 4; and a camera 7 for imaging a detection line 6 provided along an outer edge of the window pane 3 in a state in which a door 2 and the window pane 3 are closed. The control unit 5 includes: a detection unit 51 for detecting a covered state in which the detection line 6 is covered by a foreign object; and a pinching prevention unit 52 for making the drive mechanism 4 perform operation of preventing pinching by the window pane 3 when a covered state is detected. The door 2 includes a storage part 21 for completely storing the window pane 3. The camera 7 is set so that its view angle covers a range from an upper extension part 22c to a lower end part of a rear erection part 22a on a vehicle's rear side, and a range from the upper extension part 22c to a lower end part of a front erection part 22b on the vehicle's front side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
