HARDENING ACCELERATOR FOR CEMENT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hardening accelerator for cement excellent in handling and adding both performance of increase of compression strength and shrinkage reduction for overcoming problems with prior art that increase of compression strength is not enough and cracks by shrinkage do not becomes small when an accelerator is used for reducing construction period in concrete construction.SOLUTION: There is used a hardening accelerator for cement having both performance of increase of compression strength and shrinkage reduction by adding to concrete, during the preparation thereof, the hardening accelerator consisting of an aqueous suspension mainly containing a nanosized calcium carbonate fine particle colloid with an average particle diameter of 10 to 400 nm containing a specific amount of a specific surfactant component.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】コンクリート工事における工期の短縮を目的として促進剤を使用するに際し、従来技術では圧縮強度の増進が充分でなく、また収縮によるひび割れが小さくならないという問題がある。ハンドリングが優れ、圧縮強度の増進と収縮低減の両方の性能を付与するセメント用硬化促進剤を提供する。【解決手段】特定の界面活性剤成分の特定量を含有させた、平均粒子径が10〜400nmのナノサイズ炭酸カルシウム微粒子コロイドを主成分とする水性サスペンジョンから成る硬化促進剤をコンクリートの調製時に添加し、圧縮強度の増進と収縮低減の両方の性能を併せ持つセメント用硬化促進剤を用いた。【選択図】なし
