PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling storage ladder device capable of improving workability when installed in a ceiling.SOLUTION: In a ceiling storage ladder device 1 having a cover 5 for opening and closing an opening part 3 of a ceiling 2 and a ladder 9 stored in an attic by being folded up and extended between an opening part 3 of the ceiling 2 and a floor 7 by being extended: an upper end part of the ladder 9 is vertically rotatably installed on the ceiling 2-side via a first installation member 17; the cover 5 is vertically rotatably installed on the ceiling 2-side via a second installation member 23; the cover 5 is provided with a support part 26 for supporting the ladder 9; a freely bendable link 29 and an energization member 30 for energizing the cover 5 in the closing direction S are provided between the ceiling 2 and the cover 5; and an auxiliary energization member 31 for energizing the cover 5 in the closing direction S is provided between the link 29 and the energization member 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】天井へ取り付ける際の施工性を向上させることができる天井収納用梯子装置を提供する。【解決手段】天井2の開口部3を開閉する蓋5と、折り畳まれて天井裏に収納され、伸展されて天井2の開口部3と床7との間に掛け渡される梯子9とを有する天井収納用梯子装置1であって、梯子9の上端部が第1取付部材17を介して天井2側に上下回動自在に取り付けられ、蓋5が第2取付部材23を介して天井2側に上下回動自在に取り付けられ、蓋5に、梯子9を支持する支持部26が設けられ、天井2と蓋5との間に、屈曲自在なリンク29と、蓋5を閉方向Sへ付勢する付勢部材30とが設けられ、リンク29と付勢部材30との間に、蓋5を閉方向Sへ付勢する補助付勢部材31が設けられている。【選択図】図1
