MECHANICAL PARKING SYSTEM, CONTROLLER OF MECHANICAL PARKING SYSTEM, AND CONTROL METHOD OF MECHANICAL PARKING SYSTEM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanical parking system capable of preventing waiting time of a user, who has made a parking in/out request first, from getting longer even when a series of puzzle calculation processing should be made due to a new request for parking in/out with respect to a floor which is in pallets transportation operation to park in/out a vehicle.SOLUTION: When a new transportation request is received during pallet transportation operation responding to a preceding transportation request, the main controller 33 of the mechanical parking system derives a disposition state of pallets as an initial value on a floor after movement sequence of the pallets is executed a predetermined number of times from a point when the new transportation request is received. When a new transportation request is received during pallet transportation operation responding to a preceding transportation request, the main controller 33 executes a series of puzzle calculation processing responding to the transportation request using the derived initial value to calculate a movement sequence of the pallets.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】車両の入出庫のためにパレットを移動途中のフロアに対して、新たな入出庫要求によりパズル演算処理を行う場合であっても、先の入出庫の要求をした利用者の待ち時間が延びることを抑制する、ことを目的とする。【解決手段】機械式駐車装置の主制御装置33は、先の搬送要求に応じたパレットの移動途中に新たな搬送要求を受け付けた場合、新たな搬送要求が受け付けられたタイミングからパレットの移動手順を所定回数実行後のフロアにおけるパレットの配置状態を初期値として導出する。そして、主制御装置33は、先の搬送要求に応じたパレットの移動途中に新たな搬送要求を受け付けた場合、導出した初期値を用いて搬送要求に応じたパズル演算処理を行ってパレットの移動手順を演算する。【選択図】図3
