EMERGENCY EVACUATION TOWER FOR DISASTER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency evacuation tower that may be constructed with a house and serves as an evacuation tower at the house in a case of disaster.SOLUTION: An emergency evacuation tower to be used at a time of disaster is erected by assembling a base pedestal using a pile foundation, connecting a main column and a stud made of a square steel (a square pipe) 1-1 by a horizontal beam, and forming a floating body room 1-3 inside a solid outer wall. An L-shaped rail plate is provided on four corners between a tower column and the floating body room, thus connecting the floating body room at a crown of the main column square pipe. The floating body room (a living room) may be lifted/lowered using a large wheel handle and a manual composite lifting weight device inside the floating body room. At a time of flood disaster such as a long rainfall, a torrential rainfall, a flood and a tsunami, the floating body room structure floats on water and is lifted in steps by a stepped halting device along the L-shaped guide rail plate. The solid outer wall offers aseismic resistance, and prepares for a typhoon and a tornado also. The evacuation tower is also provided with a shelter installed in a space of the base pedestal, a water sprinkler on a tower crown, as well as a storage and a toilet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】住居と一諸に建築することができ、自宅での避難塔となる災害緊急避難塔を提供する。【解決手段】災害緊急避難塔は、杭基礎を用いて基台座を組設し、角形鋼(角パイプ)1−1の主柱や間柱を横梁で繋ぎ、剛建な外壁の内部に浮遊体ルーム1−3を建ち上げる。塔柱と浮遊体ルームの間に、L型案内レール板を四隅角に設け、主柱角パイプとの頭頂に浮遊体ルームを繋ぎ、浮遊体ルーム(居室)内の大輪ハンドルと復合錘昇降手動装置により、浮遊体ルームを上昇、下降できる。長雨、豪雨、洪水、津波などの水害時には、浮遊体ルームの構造が水に浮くので、段階静止装置により、増水に対し段階的にL型案内レール板に添って上昇する。剛建な外壁により耐震性を有し、台風や竜巻にも備える。基台座空間部に設けるシェルター部、塔頂に設ける散水装置に加え、物置、トイレ、なども備える。【選択図】図1
