PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress reduction in the radiation shielding level of a radiation shielding body by radiation entering from a joint between radiation shielding blocks.SOLUTION: The radiation shielding body includes: a plurality of radiation shielding blocks adjacent to each other; trench parts in end surfaces of the radiation shielding blocks; and a dry-type radiation shielding joint member in a joint member container and extending in the joint member container to hit the inner wall of the joint member container, the joint member container being formed by making the trench parts opposed to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
