PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weed-proof material which can prevent overgrowth of plants, especially of plants strongly growing in the periphery of a protruding article, is excellent in adhesion to the periphery of the protruding article, and is easily installed on the protruding article.SOLUTION: A weed-proof material 1 is made of a resin plate 2. The resin plate 2 has an opening part 3, shows an elongation recovery rate of 90% or more at a time of the elongation of 100%, and shows rubber hardness of A10 to 40. Preferably, the resin plate shows a constant elongation load of 300 to 5000 N at a time of the elongation of 100% and fraction elongation of 300% or more after a durability treatment of the resin plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】突出物の周辺において、植物の繁茂、特に伸長性の強い植物の繁茂を防止することができ、突出物の周囲に対する密着性に優れ、且つ突出物への設置が容易な防草用資材を提供する。【解決手段】樹脂板２からなる防草用資材１であって、樹脂板２は開口部３を有し、１００％伸長時の伸長回復率が９０％以上であり、ゴム硬度がＡ１０〜４０であることを特徴とし、前記樹脂板の１００％伸長時の定伸長荷重が３００〜５０００Ｎであることが好ましく、前記樹脂板の耐久処理後における破断伸度が３００％以上であることが好ましい防草用資材。【選択図】図１
