CEILING PANEL AND ASSEMBLY TYPE SOUNDPROOF ROOM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling panel which is relatively easy to attach and an assembly type soundproof room which is relatively easy to assemble, according to the present invention.SOLUTION: A ceiling panel according to the present invention is a ceiling panel which constitutes a ceiling of a room, and comprises an outer edge part having a main opening and a main cover part which is fitted to the main opening at least partially from above so as to seal the main opening, and is characterized in having a support structure for preventing the main cover part from falling at a fitting-in part between the main opening and main cover part. The support structure is preferably a plane receiving support structure which has a flange part at an inner edge of the main opening such that the main cover part is mounted on the flange part. The support structure is preferably a gradient receiving support structure which has a support tapered plane increasing in diameter upward at the inner edge of the main opening and also has a conjunction tapered plane increasing in diameter upward at an outer edge of the main cover part. An assembly soundproof room according to the present invention includes the ceiling panel and a plurality of wall panels.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】本発明は、取り付け作業が比較的容易な天井パネル及び組立が比較的容易な組立式防音室を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】本発明に係る天井パネルは、部屋の天井を構成する天井パネルであって、主開口を有する外縁部と、前記主開口を封止するよう、少なくとも部分的に主開口に上方から嵌め込まれる主蓋部とを備え、前記主開口と主蓋部との嵌め込み部分に主蓋部の落下を防止する支持構造を有することを特徴とする。前記支持構造が、前記主開口の内縁にフランジ部を有し、このフランジ部に主蓋部を載置する平受支持構造であるとよい。前記支持構造が、前記主開口の内縁に上方に拡径する支持テーパ面を有し、前記主蓋部外縁に上方に拡径する対合テーパ面を有する勾配受支持構造であるとよい。本発明に係る組立式防音室は、当該天井パネルと、複数の壁パネルとを含む。【選択図】図２
