JOINING STRUCTURE AND JOINING METHOD OF BUILDING UNIT AND WALL PANEL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining structure or the like of a building unit and a wall panel which facilitates joining of the building unit and the wall panel.SOLUTION: A joining structure of a building unit 1 and a wall panel 50 is a joining structure for joining the building unit 1 which constitutes a part of a building, includes a structural material of the building, and is preliminarily assembled at a portion except a construction place; and the wall panel 50 which constitutes a wall of the building and includes the structural material of the building. In the joining structure, each of a floor side horizontal member 22 of the building unit 1 constituting the structural material of the building and a horizontal member 52 of the wall panel 50 (501 or 502) constituting the structural material of the building has a joining metal fitting 27 and a recess 52b or a recess 22c and a joining metal fitting 59, which can join the floor side horizontal member 22 and the horizontal member 52 by being fitted to each other. One of the floor side horizontal member 22 and the horizontal member 52 forms a projection floor side horizontal member 22a or a projection portion 52a, which projects sideward and has a recess 22c or 52b at an end.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
