PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crushing aid for hydraulic powder that has low temperature dependency in mixing, while maintaining the effect of imparting flowability to a hydraulic composition.SOLUTION: A dispersant composition for hydraulic compositions contains (A) a polymer compound having a monomer unit containing a naphthalene ring, (B) a polymer that contains a monomer unit having a group selected from a carboxylic acid group and a phosphate group, and a monomer unit having an alkyleneoxy group, and has a weight average molecular weight of 1,000 or more and 1,000,000 or less, and (C) at least one compound selected from a cationic surfactant and an ampholytic surfactant.SELECTED DRAWING: None
