VOID FILLER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a void filler capable of securing working life of at least about 6 hours while maintaining non-separability and thereby conducting void filling satisfactory even for long distance with narrow gaps, and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method for a void filler including a plant mixing type with assistant (bentonite) milling in advance or tip mixing type, by setting blended amount of a curing material at 170 to 240 kg/m, using bentonite having change with time of funnel viscosity in a range of 20 to 28 second in elapsed time by 6 hours when the bentonite of 5 kg is added to water of 100 liter and they are mixed, setting blended amount of the bentonite at 20 to 28 kg/m, blended amount of a fluidization agent or the like at 0.5 to 3% based on total mass of the curing material and bentonite, and air content at 30 to 50 vol.% so as to have properties such as flow value after 6 hours passed in a flow test is 150 mm or more and bleeding rate after 24 hours passed is 0.5% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】非分離性を保ったまま、少なくとも6時間程度の可使時間を確保することができ、これによって間隙が狭く長距離の空隙充填であっても良好に行うことができる空隙充填材およびその製造方法の提供。【解決手段】硬化材の配合量を170〜240kg/m3とし、ベントナイトとして、水100リットルに5kg添加混練したときのファンネル粘性の経時変化が経時6時間までの範囲で20〜28秒の範囲にあるものを用いて、当該ベントナイトの配合量を20〜28kg/m3とし、流動化剤等の配合量を硬化材とベントナイトとの合計質量に対し0.5〜3%とし、空気量を30〜50体積%として、フロー試験の6時間経過後におけるフロー値が150mm以上であるとともに、24時間経過後のブリーディング率が0.5%以下の特性を持つように助材(ベントナイト)先練りでプラント混合または先端混合方式の製造方法。【選択図】図2
