METHOD FOR PRODUCING SLURRY COMPOSITION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a slurry composition capable of improving a sheet strength of a ceramic sheet while securing good dispersibility of an inorganic pigment.SOLUTION: A method for producing a slurry composition which obtains a slurry composition capable of improving a sheet strength of a ceramic sheet includes: a deaeration step of deaerating a mixture liquid containing a nonaqueous solvent, an inorganic pigment and a dispersant so that a dissolved oxygen amount in the mixture liquid is 7 mg/L or less; a primary dispersion step of dispersing an inorganic pigment in the nonaqueous solvent in the presence of a dispersant being a copolymer containing a constitutional unit derived from at least one compound selected from monobasic acid, dibasic acid, anhydrous dibasic acid and dibasic acid monoester; a secondary dispersion step of further adding a binder resin, as needed, other components such as an antistatic agent and a plasticizer, as needed, a nonaqueous solvent to mix the substances; and a deaeration step before a step of forming a ceramic sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】無機顔料の良好な分散性を確保しつつ、セラミックシートのシート強度向上が可能なスラリー組成物の製造方法の提供。【解決手段】非水系溶媒、無機顔料、及び分散剤を含有する混合液を、該混合液中の溶存酸素量が7mg/L以下となるように脱気処理する脱気工程を含み、一塩基酸、二塩基酸、無水二塩基酸及び二塩基酸モノエステルから選ばれる少なくとも1種の化合物由来の構成単位を含む共重合体である分散剤の存在下で、非水系溶媒に無機顔料を分散する一次分散工程と、バインダー樹脂と、必要に応じて、帯電防止剤や可塑剤等のその他の成分と必要に応じて非水系溶媒とをさらに添加してこれらを混合する二次分散工程と、セラミックシートを形成する工程の前までに脱気工程を行って、セラミックシートのシート強度向上が可能なスラリー組成物を得るスラリー組成物の製造方法。【選択図】なし
