INJECTION PLUG AND REPAIR METHOD FOR REPAIRING CRACK ON CONCRETE WALL SURFACE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection plug and a repair method that curtail a construction work period, eliminate a need on machinery cleaning work, and facilitate management of an injection amount when repairing a crack on a concrete wall surface, by using a novel injection plug and a cartridge-type injection material.SOLUTION: An injection plug is for repairing a concrete wall surface where a gap has developed internally, and includes a roughly cylindrical hollow shaft divided into two parts, namely a large diameter part and a small diameter part, by a collar part and having an injection material passage hole pierced at a center for letting an injection material pass through, a backflow prevention mechanism formed inside the large diameter part of the hollow shaft for preventing backflow of the injection material, and a water cutoff bellow-form packing inserted into the small diameter part of the hollow shaft.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】コンクリート壁面のひび割れを補修するにあたり、これまでにない注入プラグ及びカートリッジ式注入材を用いることにより、施工時間の短縮と機材の清掃作業を省くこと及び注入量の管理が容易となる注入プラグ及び補修工法を提供する。【解決手段】内部に空隙が発生したコンクリート壁面を補修する注入プラグであって、つば部によって大径部と小径部に二分され、中心に注入材が通過する注入材通過孔が穿設された略円筒形状の中空シャフトと、該中空シャフトの大径部の内部には注入材の逆流を防止する逆流防止機構が形成され、該中空シャフトの小径部には止水ジャバラパッキンを挿入したことを特徴とする。【選択図】図３
