FILTER DEVICE AND POWDER DUST COLLECTION METHOD THEREFOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter device and a powder dust collection method therefor that enable a self-traveling type cutting machine which collects pavement surfaces waste while cutting a pavement surface with a cutting drum to efficiently collect produced powder dust.SOLUTION: A filter device has: a column type filter body 31 which collects dust on an outer peripheral surface; a filter case 32 which houses the filter body; a suction blower 35 which takes air including produced powder dust in the filter case, and generates a flow of air discharged axially from the outer peripheral surface of the filter body through a center part; rotation means 34 which rotates the filter body having collected the dust on the outer peripheral surface on its axis; and a spatula part 37 which comes into slide contact with the outer peripheral surface of the filter body rotated by the rotation means to remove the powder dust sticking on the outer peripheral surface of the filter body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
