CONCAVE ROOF TILE WITH CONNECTABLE STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concave roof tile that prevents lifting by external force such as an earthquake and snow, overcoming a problem with a conventional concave roof tile that is fastened to a roof substrate by a nail or a wire inserted through a hole in a beading, but may be dislocated when a head side of the concave roof tile on a side opposite the fastened side is lifted by strong external force such as an earthquake and snow because the head part is placed only to cover the beading.SOLUTION: Lifting on a head side of a concave roof tile may be prevented by holding with a beading fastened to a roof substrate, by providing a protrusion on a rear surface on the head side and placing the protrusion underneath the beading of the adjacent concave roof tile. A builder may prevent floating of the concave roof tile only by fastening the beading, by inserting the beading into a portion of a semicircular form on the head side. This enables concave roof tiles installed serially from a ridge-end roof tile to be connected and integrated readily, thereby enabling a sturdy roof to be built.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】従来の丸瓦は玉縁の穴で釘や針金で下地と緊結することで、固定されたが、反対側の頭は,玉縁の上に被さるだけだったため、地震力や雪などの外的な強い力により丸瓦の頭側が浮き上がり、外れることがあった。本発明は、地震力や雪などの外的な力による浮き上がりを防ぐことのできる丸瓦を提供する。【解決手段】頭側の裏面に突起を設け、突起を次の丸瓦の玉縁の下に配置することで、頭側の浮き上がりを下地と緊結された玉縁が抑えることで、実現できる。施工者は頭の半円形に形成される部分に玉縁に差し入れることで、玉縁緊結だけで、丸瓦の浮き上がりを防ぐことができ、このことで巴瓦から連なる丸瓦を簡便に連結一体化することができ、強い屋根をつくることができる。【選択図】図2
