PIPING FITTINGS AND PIPING FITTING PRODUCTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide piping fittings that facilitate construction and can prevent leakage of a medium from connection parts with piping, and a production method thereof.SOLUTION: A piping fitting comprises: piping which transports a medium through a hollow interior and comprises a male thread 4 made in parallel in a cylindrically projected outer surface, with a sealant 7 attached to the surface of the male thread 4; a female thread 14 into which the male thread is screwed; and a through hole through which the medium passes. A first pitch of the female thread 14 made in parallel in a prescribed area on the side where the male thread 4 is inserted is different from a second pitch of the female thread made in parallel in the remaining area. The center of ridges of the male thread 4 and the center of grooves of the female thread 14 are eccentrically disposed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
【課題】本発明は、施工の容易化と共に配管との接続部分による媒体の漏れ防ぐことができる配管金具及びその製造方法を提供することにある。【解決手段】円筒状に突出した外面に平行に雄ネジ４を設け、雄ネジ４の表面にはシール材７を付着させ、中空状に設けた内部を通して媒体を搬送する配管と、内部に雄ネジと螺合する雌ネジ１４と、媒体を通過する貫通孔とを設けた配管金具であって、雄ネジ４を挿入する側の所定の領域の平行に設けた雌ネジ１４の第１のピッチと、残りの領域の平行に設けた雌ネジの第２のピッチとを異ならせて設け、雄ネジ４の山の中心と雌ネジ１４の谷の中心とが、偏芯して配置されることを特徴とする。【選択図】図１０
