PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathtub device in which a bather seated in a bathtub body hardly comes into contact with a water discharge part provided above an upper end edge of the bathtub body, and which is convenient.SOLUTION: A bathtub device 1 includes a bathtub body 11 in which hot water is stored; and a water discharge part 31a provided above an upper end edge of the bathtub body 11. A back rest 20 is provided on an inside surface of the bathtub body 11 on which a bather who is immersed in the hot water seated in the bathtub body 11 leans his/her back. The back rest 20 has a surface 21 which inclines downward from the upper end edge side toward the central side of the bathtub body 11. The water discharge part 31a is provided between a tangent line L1 of the surface 21 at an upper part of the back rest 20 and a tangent line L2 of the surface 21 in the middle part in the vertical direction of the bathtub body 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】浴槽本体に着座している入浴者が、浴槽本体の上端縁の上方に設けた吐水部に接触し難く、利便性の良い浴槽装置を提供する。【解決手段】浴槽装置１は、湯を溜める浴槽本体１１と、浴槽本体１１の上端縁の上方に設けられた吐水部３１ａとを備える。浴槽本体１１に着座して湯に浸かる入浴者が背をもたせ掛けるバックレスト２０が浴槽本体１１の内側面に設けられている。バックレスト２０は、浴槽本体１１の上端縁側から中央側に向けて下方に傾斜する表面２１を有する。バックレスト２０の上部における表面２１の接線Ｌ１、および浴槽本体１１の上下方向の中途部における表面２１の接線Ｌ２の間に吐水部３１ａが設けられている【選択図】図８
