VAULT CONSTRUCTING PANEL AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vault constructing panel which is formed of a material that has high compressive strength and is excellent in fire resistance.SOLUTION: Vault constructing panels 3 and 5 are cured bodies of a cement composition which contain cement, silica fume having a BET specific surface area of 15-25 m/g, inorganic powder having 50% volume accumulation particle diameter of 0.8-5 μm, an aggregate A having the maximum particle diameter of 1.2 mm or less, a high performance water-reducing agent, a defoaming agent, an organic fiber and water, where a ratio of the cement is 55-65 vol.%, a ratio of the silica fume is 5-25 vol.%, and a ratio of the inorganic powder is 15-35 vol.% in 100 vol.% of the total amount of the cement, the silica fume and the inorganic powder. A laminate panel 1 is formed of a heat insulation material 4, the vault constructing panels 3 and 5 stuck to both surfaces of the heat insulation material 4, an exterior material 2 fixed to one surface of the panel 3, and an interior material 6 fixed to one surface of the panel 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
