PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide manhole opening cover means for preventing a passerby from falling into an opened manhole by enclosing the opening of the manhole, while reliably notifying passersby etc. that the manhole is being opened.SOLUTION: Manhole opening cover means 100 may be stored in a manhole 200. When a lid member 70 is removed from an opening of the manhole, the manhole opening cover means 100 is pulled up from the manhole 200 to enclose an upper area of the opening of the manhole 200. The cover means 100 has at least an upper part (open/close lid 120) which is formed of a translucent member, and at least a part of the side face (body part 110) is preferably marked with a color.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 マンホールが開放状態となった場合に、マンホールの開口部を閉塞して、通行人が落下する等の危険を回避することができるとともに、マンホールが開放状態となっていることを、通行人等に確実に報知する。【解決手段】 マンホール開口部のカバー部材１００は、マンホール２００内に収容可能で、当該マンホールの開口部から蓋部材７０を取り外した状態で、当該マンホール２００内から上方へ向かって突出させて、当該マンホール２００の開口部の上部を閉塞した状態とする。このカバー部材１００は、少なくとも上部（開閉蓋１２０）が透光性を有する部材により形成されており、側面（本体部１１０）の少なくとも一部が着色されていることが好ましい。【選択図】図１
