FITTING STRUCTURE FOR STAIR-NOSING COVER OF TREAD, AND STAIR-NOSING COVER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure for a stair-nosing cover of a tread having a stable form and not influenced by a fixture for fixing a riser.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a fitting structure for a stair-nosing cover of a tread, having a notch 12 formed on a front top side of a stair-nosing part 11 of a tread 1 and a stair-nosing cover 5 fitted to cover the notch 12. The stair-nosing cover 5 includes a synthetic resin surface material 6, and a synthetic resin rear surface material 7 formed integrally on a rear surface side of the surface material 6. The surface material 6 includes a front side piece 61 covering a front side of the notch, and a top side piece 62 extending rearward from a top edge of the front side piece and covering upper part of the notch 12. The rear surface material 7 includes an inner reinforcement piece 72 extending diagonally from a rear surface side of the top side piece 62 toward a rear surface side of the front side piece 61, and connecting between the top side piece 62 and the front side piece 61. The rear surface material 7 is fitted on the stair-nosing part 11 of the tread 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】蹴込板固定用の固着具の影響を受けることなく、形態安定性に優れた段板の段鼻カバー取付構造を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、段板１の段鼻部１１における前部上側に切欠部１２が形成されるとともに、その切欠部１２を覆うように段鼻カバー５が取り付けられる段板の段鼻カバー取付構造を対象とする。段鼻カバー５は、合成樹脂製の表面材６と、その表面材６の裏面側に一体的に形成された合成樹脂製の裏面材７とを備える。表面材６は、切欠部の前方を覆う前側片６１と、その前側片上端から後方に延び、かつ切欠部１２の上方を覆う上側片６２とを備える。裏面材７は、上側片６２の裏面側から前側片６１の裏面側に向けて斜めに延び、かつ上側片６２および前側片６１間を連結する内部補強片７２を備える。裏面材７が段板１の段鼻部１１に取り付けられている。【選択図】図２
