PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a natural ventilation system capable of performing natural ventilation by efficiently utilizing natural energy while having a function of solar power generation, and a building having the same.SOLUTION: Disclosed natural ventilation system 100 includes: a light transmission type solar cell 200 that generates electric power being irradiated with sunlight; a changeover mechanism 300 disposed at a position farther from the sun than the light transmission type solar cell 200, which switches between a reflection part 301 that reflects sunlight transmitted through the light transmission type solar cell 200 and an absorption part 302 that absorbers the sunlight transmitted through the light transmission type solar cell 200; and a flow path 110 through which a flowing medium flows between the light transmission type solar cell 200 and the changeover mechanism 300.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
