MULTI-PURPOSE ASSEMBLY MATERIAL UTILIZING COMBINED MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-purpose assembly material utilizing a combined material, the combined material having constituent members of a rational size setting based on a ratio number, being of one type regardless of whether to be connected or being for connection, enabling bonding and connection with a screw only, allowing selection between non-symmetrical and symmetrical and of a slit direction, taking into consideration ease of attachment/detachment and strength, and offering continuity and diversity of members and assembly systems.SOLUTION: A recessed surface belt, a through-hole and a shaft hole are provided on both sides of a combined material of slender materials in a longitudinal direction, to which ratio numbers 1:4:2 apply. Correlation between the numbers and main constituent members is a requirement. Furthermore, a common screw is used, a gap material is provided, a cut hole is formed on a connected material, and a wedge is used. A wider combined material is used at a location with a large span, on which a flat plate, a vibration damping rubber material, a rod, a circular pipe and other materials are combined. Furthermore, a lighting fixture is added utilizing a slit part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】併せ材とその主構成部材は比率数値によりサイズ設定が合理化され、併せ材は被接合用、接合用の別なく一種類であって、結合・接合の際はネジ一本で可能とし、非対称性と対称性、スリット方向の選択ができ、着脱性と強度対策が考慮され、部材及び組立システムの連続性と多様性が期待できる、併せ材による多目的組立材。【解決手段】細長材による併せ材の両面長手方向に凹面帯と通し穴と軸穴を設け、これに1対4対2の対比率数値を適用し、これらと主構成部材との相関関係を必要条件とした。この他、共通ネジとし、隙間材を設け、接合材には切込み穴を設け、さらにクサビを用いた。スパンの大きい場所では広幅の併せ材を利用し、その上で平面板や防振ゴムさらに丸棒または丸パイプなどとの組合せを加え、さらにスリット部分を生かし照明器具も加えた。【選択図】図1
