DRAIN FORCE-FEED DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent abnormal noise at pump start.SOLUTION: In a drain force-feed device 1, a submerged pump 6 installed in a storage tank 2 for storing drain water includes an impeller 4 operated by a submerged motor M, and a casing 5 surrounding the impeller 4. A pressure-feed pipe 10 for pressure-feeding the drain water is provided at a discharge port 8 of the casing 5, and a check valve 11 is provided in the pressure-feed pipe 10. A bypass pipe 13 is connected to a branch portion 10a between the discharge port 8 and the check valve 11 in the pressure-feed pipe 10, and an openable and closable solenoid valve 14 is provided in the bypass pipe 13. The solenoid valve 14 is opened at stopping of the submerged pump 6, and the solenoid valve 14 is closed after passing of predetermined delay time since operation start of the submerged pump 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ポンプ始動時に異音が発生しないようにした。【解決手段】排水圧送装置1は、排水を貯留する貯留タンク2内に設けた水中ポンプ6は、水中モータMによって作動するインペラ4と、インペラ4を囲うケーシング5を設けた。ケーシング5の吐出口8に排水を圧送する圧送管10を設け、圧送管10に逆止弁11を設けた。圧送管10における吐出口8及び逆止弁11の間の分岐部10aにバイパス管13を接続し、バイパス管13に開閉可能な電磁弁14を設けた。水中ポンプ6の停止時に電磁弁14を開弁させ、水中ポンプ6の運転始動時に所定の遅延時間を経て電磁弁14を閉弁させた。【選択図】図1
