DETERIORATED PORTION DETECTION DEVICE, DETERIORATED PORTION DETECTION METHOD, AND PROGRAM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress reduction in detection accuracy of a deteriorated portion on a concrete surface due to dirt or deposit.SOLUTION: A deteriorated portion detection device 1 of the present invention includes: an image acquisition unit 10 for acquiring a photographic image by photographing a concrete surface; a normal concrete skin color acquisition unit 20 for determining a normal concrete skin color from the photographic image acquired by the image acquisition unit 10; an abnormal area detection unit 30 for detecting, as an abnormal area, an area having an abnormal color compared with the normal concrete skin color and an area having a predetermined shape in the photographic image; and a deteriorated portion determination unit 40 for determining whether the abnormal area detected by the abnormal area detection unit 30 is a reinforcing-bar area, a rust fluid area, or a peeled area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
