PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement admixture that has an excellent function as a cement admixture (that particularly suppresses neutralization and autogenous shrinkage and has enhanced strength) and is capable of enhancing recycling of granular slag.SOLUTION: The cement admixture of the present invention includes a slag fine powder derived from steelmaking slag. The cement admixture includes less than 2.0 mass% of F, 33 to 53 mass% of CaO, 20 to 35 mass% of SiO, 3 to 16 mass% of AlO, and 5 to 10 mass% of MgO, and has a basicity (CaO/SiO) of 1.0 to 2.1 and a specific surface area of 4800 to 8000 cm/g.SELECTED DRAWING: None
