PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antitheft device capable of reducing the risk that a vehicle equipped with an electronic key system may be stolen by a relay of a signal.SOLUTION: An antitheft device for a vehicle, which is equipped with an electronic key system for performing key authentication by establishing radio communication between an electronic key and an on-vehicle machine, includes a reception part that receives a request signal for requesting the electronic key to transmit a response signal, and a transmission part that transmits an interfering signal for performing interference so that the on-vehicle machine cannot receive the response signal transmitted by the electronic key receiving the request signal during execution of an antitheft function, when the reception part receives the request signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
