PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding system capable of solving the problem of a risk of generation of variations in finish in welding a pile head reinforcement bar to a pile head.SOLUTION: A welding system for welding a pile head reinforcement bar to the outer peripheral surface of a pile comprises: a welding device which includes: a plate-like member including, on one face thereof, a holding member for holding the pile head reinforcement bar in a state in which the pile head reinforcement bar is in contact with the pile, the plate-like member including, on the other face thereof, a guide rail; a movement member provided on the guide rail so as to be movable in a reciprocating manner along the guide rail; a welding torch provided on the movement member; and a contact member provided on the plate-like member, the contact member contacting with the pile head reinforcement bar at a position differing from that of the holding member to support the pile head reinforcement bar; and which performs arc-welding using the welding torch while moving the welding torch from the lower side of the guide rail to the upper side thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】杭頭補強筋を杭頭部に溶接する際に仕上がりにバラツキが出るおそれがある、という問題を解決することが出来る溶接システムを提供すること。【解決手段】杭の外周面に杭頭補強筋を溶接する溶接システムであって、前記杭に当接した状態の前記杭頭補強筋を保持する保持部材を一方の面に有するとともに、他方の面にガイドレールを有する板状部材と、前記ガイドレールに沿って往復移動可能なよう当該ガイドレールに設置された移動部材と、前記移動部材に設置された溶接トーチと、前記板状部材に設けられ、前記保持部材とは別の位置で前記杭頭補強筋と当接して当該杭頭補強筋を支持する当接部材と、を有し、前記溶接トーチを前記ガイドレールの下方側から上方側へ向かって移動させる際に、当該溶接トーチを用いてアーク溶接を行う溶接装置を有する。【選択図】図1
