FIREPROOF NATURAL LIGHTING DEVICE ON CORRUGATED SLATE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a fireproof natural lighting window part, when wire-reinforced corrugated glass used at a natural lighting window part of a building has been damaged, using a corrugated resin plate of the same form.SOLUTION: A natural lighting frame (S) is formed at a location of repair on a corrugated slate roof or an exterior wall, by assembling a plurality of fireproof frame bodies (2) composed of a fireproof wire-reinforced glass plate (7), a pair of horizontal frame assembly (10) made of a fireproof metallic material on a periphery of the wire-reinforced glass plate, and a vertical frame assembly (30). The natural lighting frame is surrounded by fireproof vertical and horizontal roofing plates (67, 69). Furthermore, a top edge of a corrugated resin plate (5) fitted on a surface of the natural lighting frame (S) is inserted underneath a bottom edge of a corrugated slate board (65) positioned on a ridge side of the location of repair, with one side overlapped on a top surface of a corrugated slate board (65') positioned below the location of repair to make double formation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 建物の採光窓部に用いた網入波型ガラスが破損した場合、同型の波型樹脂板を用いて耐火採光窓部を形成する。【解決手段】波型スレート葺の屋根または外壁にできた補修個所に、耐火性を有する網入ガラス板(7)と、該網入ガラス板の周縁に耐火性を有する金属材からなる一対の横枠組(10)と縦枠組(30)で保持して形成した耐火枠体(2)を複数組み合わせて採光枠(S)を形成し、該採光枠の周囲を、耐火性を有する縦横葺耐火板(67、69)で囲うと共に、採光枠(S)の表面に取付ける波型樹脂板(5)の上端を、補修個所の棟側に位置した波型スレート板(65)の下端下側に差し込み、片側を補修個所の下側に位置した波型スレート板(65´)の上面に重ねて二重に形成してなることを特徴とする。【選択図】 図2
