PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of discomfort noise, which is generated by flicking a spring end part when a burr occurring at a corner or end surface of a cutting end surface of a coil spring collides with a spring receiver.SOLUTION: A coil spring 55 has one spring end part 55a contacting with a one-side spring receiver 65 and the other spring end part 55b contacting with the other-side spring receiver 45b to resiliently energize an upper pivot shaft 15 of a rotor; cut end surfaces m and n are respectively inclined in a direction separate from the spring receiver 65 and 45b to bend the spring end parts 55a and 55b; and even when only the upper pivot shaft of the rotor rotates, burrs generated on the corners or end surfaces of the cut end surfaces m and n of the spring end part 55a and 55b do not contact with the spring receivers 65 and 45b to prevent occurrence of discomfort noise, which is generated by flicking the spring receivers 65 and 45b at the spring end parts 55a and 55b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】コイルばねの切断端面の角や端面に発生したバリがばね受けに当たると、ばね端部を弾く不快な異音が騒音となって発生するのを防止する。【解決手段】コイルばね55は、一方のばね端部55aを一側のばね受け65に当て、他方のばね端部55bを他側のばね受け45bに当てて回転体の上部ピボット軸15を弾発付勢し、切断端面m・nがそれぞればね受け65・45bから離れる向きに傾けてばね端部55a・55bを曲げ成形し、回転体の上部ピボット軸だけが回転する際にも、ばね端部55a・55bの切断端面m・nの角や端面に発生したバリがばね受け65・45bに当たらず、ばね端部55a・55bでばね受け65・45bを弾く不快な異音が騒音となって発生するのを防止する。【選択図】 図1
