MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SEPARATION MEMBRANE USING MFI TYPE ZEOLITE (SILICALITE)
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a separation membrane provided with a silicalite membrane which does not use NaOH or the like causing higher cost with respect to equipment facility and process time.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a separation membrane as the manufacturing method of the separation membrane provided with a porous support and a silicalite membrane having an MFI type zeolite crystal structure formed on the support includes: a process of manufacturing a seed crystal; a process of attaching the seed crystal onto the porous support; a process of manufacturing a membrane synthesis raw material composition which includes SiO, an organic template and HO; and a process of immersing the porous support onto which the seed crystal is attached into the membrane synthesis raw material composition to perform hydrothermal synthesis. Therein, a composition ratio of the membrane synthesis raw material composition is as follows: SiO/the organic template/HO=1/(0.05 to 0.15)/(50 to 120).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】装置設備および工程時間に対するコス卜高の原因となるNaOH等を用いないシリカライト膜を備える分離膜の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】分離膜の製造方法は、多孔質支持体と、同支持体上に形成されたMFI型ゼオライト結晶構造を有するシリカライト膜とを備えた分離膜の製造方法であって、種結晶を製造するステップと、種結晶を多孔質支持体上に付着させるステップと、SiO2と有機テンプレートとH2Oを含む膜合成原料組成物を製造するステップと、種結晶が付着した多孔質支持体を上記膜合成原料組成物に浸漬して水熱合成を行うステップを含み、膜合成原料組成物の組成比は、SiO2:有機テンプレート:H2O=1:(0.05〜0.15):(50〜120)であることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
