STRUCTURE INSPECTION DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize a concrete pump vehicle with a stretchable and foldable multistage boom in inspecting a structure like a bridge, thereby suppressing development costs and prior investment, and also prevent an inspection device from interfering with a surface of the structure to protect the surface.SOLUTION: A structure inspection device comprises: a concrete pump vehicle 10 with a stretchable and foldable multistage boom 20; and an inspection device 30 arranged on a tip of the foldable multistage boom 20, for inspecting a surface of a structure. The structure inspection device is provided with protection members 53 for protecting the structure surface by preventing the inspection device 30 from interfering with the surface. The protection members 53 are constituted of a pair of tires mounted to a base 31 on which the inspection device 30 is placed. Further, cushion members 51 are disposed for cushioning shock when the protection members 53 interfere with the structure surface. In addition, the inspection device 30 includes hammering inspection devices 32, an entire celestial sphere camera 34, and lighting devices 35.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】橋梁等の構造物の点検を、伸展動作可能な折り畳み式多段ブームを備えるコンクリートポンプ車を利用して行うことで、開発費用及び先行投資を抑制する。さらに、構造物の表面に対し点検装置が干渉するのを防止して保護する。【解決手段】伸展動作可能な折り畳み式多段ブーム２０を備えるコンクリートポンプ車１０と、その折り畳み式多段ブーム２０の先端に設けられ、構造物の表面を点検するための点検装置３０と、からなる構造物の点検装置であって、構造物の表面に対し点検装置３０が干渉するのを防止して保護する保護部材５３を備える。保護部材５３は、点検装置３０が設置される基台３１上に設けられる一対のタイヤである。さらに、構造物の表面に保護部材５３が干渉した際の衝撃を緩衝する緩衝部材５１を備える。また、点検装置３０には、打音検査装置３２、全天球カメラ３４及び照明３５が含まれる。【選択図】図４
