BRIDGE INSPECTION DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bridge inspection device with a relatively simple structure, which effectively prevents fall-off, may be operated with less labor, prevents disability in traveling, is capable of inspecting a relatively wide range of a bridge member, and reduces a risk when using.SOLUTION: A floor slab inspection device 1 includes a rod member 2, two wheels 3 provided near an end of the rod member 2, a magnet 4 provided on the end of the rod member 2, a motor 5 for driving the wheel 3, a support part 11 provided on the other end of the rod member 2, an operation input part 12 for inputting an instruction on an operation of the wheel 3, a camera 6 disposed near the end of the rod member 2, and laser distance meters 16A, 16B, 17A, and 17B each for detecting an inspection position. The wheel 3 is brought in contact with a traveling surface S of a floor slab by magnetic force of the magnet 4. The wheel 3 rotates and the floor slab inspection device 1 travels when an operator 40 on a bottom plate of a box girder presses down a forward button of the operation input part 12. The operator 40 follows the floor slab inspection device 1 while gripping the support part 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】比較的簡易な構造により、効果的に落下を防止でき、少ない手間により運用でき、走行不能を防止でき、橋梁の部材の比較的広い範囲を点検でき、使用時の危険性が少ない橋梁点検装置を提供する。【解決手段】床版点検装置1は、棒部材2と、棒部材2の一端の近傍に設けられた2つの車輪3と、棒部材2の一端に設けられた磁石4と、車輪3を駆動するモータ5と、棒部材2の他端に設けられた支持部11と、車輪3の動作を指令する入力を受ける操作入力部12と、棒部材2の一端の近傍に配置されたカメラ6と、点検位置を検出するレーザー距離計16A,16B,17A,17Bを備える。磁石4の磁力により、床版の走行面Sに車輪3が接触する。箱桁の底板上に位置する点検員40が、操作入力部12の前進ボタンを押下すると、車輪3が回転して床版点検装置1が走行する。点検員40は、支持部11を把持した状態で床版点検装置1に追従する。【選択図】図3
