METHOD OF REPAIRING EXTERIOR WALL FINISHING MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of repairing an exterior wall finishing material which can securely repair while reducing costs, sites where an exterior wall finishing material is floating from substrate concrete.SOLUTION: A floating part 10 is identified where tile-bonding mortar 3 to bond tiles 5 to substrate concrete 1 is floating from the substrate concrete 1 because of a gap occurring between the substrate concrete 1 and the tile-bonding mortar 3. For a tile 5 at the floating part 10, an injection hole 13 is formed through the tile 5 and also through the tile-bonding mortar 3 to reach a prescribed depth from the surface of the substrate concrete 1. An epoxy resin 19 is injected from the injection hole 13 to fill the gap with the epoxy resin 19. A tapping screw 17 is inserted into the injection hole 13 and tightened to fix the tile-bonding mortar 3 to the substrate concrete 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
【課題】外壁仕上げ材が、下地コンクリートに対して浮いている箇所を、コストを抑えながら確実に補修することができる外壁仕上げ材の補修工法を提供する。【解決手段】タイル５を下地コンクリート１に接着するタイル張り付けモルタル３と下地コンクリート１との間に隙間が生じ、タイル張り付けモルタル３が下地コンクリート１から浮いている浮き部１０を特定する。浮き部１０のタイル５に、タイル５を貫通するとともに、タイル張り付けモルタル３を貫通して、下地コンクリート１の表面から所定の深さに達する注入孔１３を形成する。注入孔１３からエポキシ樹脂１９を注入することにより、隙間にエポキシ樹脂１９を充填する。タッピングビス１７を注入孔１３に挿入して締め付けることにより、タイル張り付けモルタル３を下地コンクリート１に固定する。【選択図】図１０
