PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environment-friendly water absorbing sheet material having a good water absorption effect, the sheet material having functions to adsorb and decompose various harmful gases, cigarette smell and foreign odor, clean air, and remove odor.SOLUTION: The material composition of the sheet material comprises in wt%: 25-50% of diatomite, 20-45% of cement, 5-20% of lime, 8-20% of wollastonite, and 6-18% of wood fiber. The water-absorbing sheet material is prepared by material mixing the material composition in a certain ratio, molding, cutting, and steam curing, etc. A preparation apparatus comprises a slurry preparation device, a conveying device, a molding device 5, and a curing and drying device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】様々な有害ガス、タバコ臭及び異臭を、吸着及び分解し、空気を清浄し、臭味を除去する機能を有する、吸水効果の良い環境保護型吸水性シート材の提供。【解決手段】シート材の材料組成は、重量％で珪藻土２５％〜５０％、セメント２０％〜４５％、石灰５％〜２０％、珪灰石８％〜２０％、木質繊維６％〜１８％を含む。材料組成を一定の割合で材料混合し、成形、分割及び蒸気による硬化等を行うことにより吸水性シート材を製造する。スラリー調製装置、搬送装置、成形装置５及び硬化乾燥装置により製造される。【選択図】図５
